Artist's CommentsThis is my prize winning submission for the Multi Movie Madness Competition, run by *utarefson670 I chose to do draw Amelie Poulain (Audrey Tautou), from the film by Jean-Pierre Jeunet "Amelie", for my entry. She has such a great face to draw. This is from the start of the movie, where she is describing her favourite pleasures, one of which is cracking her Crème Brûlée with a spoon 110gsm Cartridge Paper Charcoal Pencil, White Pastel Pencil, Cotton Buds & Paper Stump Several Hours + touch ups 280 x 250mm WIPS can be found in my scraps: [link] -Jess. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Great rendering. I like the suble, glassy reflection in her eyes, that must've been very challenging, but you pulled it off so well. Spoon looks great as well, and the textures of her shirt are quite interesting.
